Stellantis in Torino is seeking a Production Unit Manager to lead Finishing, Supercubing and Heat Treatment operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives. You will manage Production Supervisors, Team Leaders and Process Engineers while driving continuous improvement and Lean practices.

The role requires 5-7 years in a similar environment, an Engineering degree, strong people leadership and English proficiency at B2 level; Italian native.
