In this role you will work within a cross‑functional team driving finance transformation across the Group’s international operations, supporting the standardisation and evolution of end‑to‑end finance processes on SAP S/4HANA.Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end finance transformation initiatives across core process areas including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Treasury & Cash Management.
- Analyse, document and contribute to the definition of current and future finance processes, translating business requirements into clear process and system specifications.
- Ensure alignment of finance processes at the international level, balancing local requirements with central operating models.
- Act as the finance point of reference in the relationship with technology teams on SAP S/4HANA supported processes.
- Produce and maintain finance process documentation – process maps, operational guidelines, business requirements – ensuring clarity and consistency across the organisation.
- Support the roll‑out of new processes among finance and administrative users, including participation in functional testing and stabilisation phases.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting with solid hands‑on knowledge of core processes: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, month‑end close and treasury.
- Solid understanding of SAP FI‑CO modules and enterprise ERP logic, including master data, posting flows, controls and reconciliations.
- Experience as a key user, business referent or in a project context.
- Ability to bridge finance requirements and system specifications, communicating clearly with both finance and technology stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in evolving international environments with multiple stakeholders, building structure while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
- Experience in international or multi‑entity finance environments is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level).
