Responsibilities Coordination and supervision of field activities and the seasonal workers during the growing phases of the crops Implement new production techniques Implement high quality assurance measures Area responsibility for a dedicated production region Support all activities related to sugar beet seed production Ensure production stability on a high marketable level (germination and purity) Apply continuous improvement techniques Seed production results on stable level for yield and high quality Implementation of good production techniques and new technologies Requirements Residing in the Ferrara area or willing to relocate Technician qualification in agriculture Sound agricultural know-how, preferably experienced in seed production Fluent in Italian (mandatory), intermediate English High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions
