Purpose of the position: As FACILITY TECHNICIAN you will be part of the GROUP FACILITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT.

How can you support us?

1. Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance of building and physical security systems, management of communal and office spaces, hard and soft services to ensure a safe, efficient and comfortable working environment.
2. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors, managing service level agreements, overseeing onsite repairs, and performing regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, including health and safety standards.
3. Support facility-related budgets and procurement, tracking maintenance costs, optimizing resource allocation, and preparing reports on facility performance and expenditure.
4. Support project management services for the modification and upgrade of company owned and rented facilities.

What are we looking for?Education: Master's Degree in CIVIL/BUILDING ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD

Background: 3 years as a FACILITY MANAGEMENT OFFICER OR PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP within a STRUCTURED FACILITY DEPARTMENT OF A COMPLEX ORGANISATION.





Technical/IT Knowledge: Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), advanced

What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected, mainly in Italy.
