Mandarin Oriental, Rome is seeking a Director of Restaurants, Bars & Experiences to lead all F&B; operations across the hotel, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining and banqueting, reporting to the Hotel Manager.

The role requires senior leadership, strong commercial acumen and fluency in English and Italian, with a track record of delivering guest satisfaction and financial results in luxury hospitality.
