In this Enterprise Account Manager role, you will drive new business revenue by shaping territory and account plans and leveraging partners. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop regional strategies and marketing plans that propel revenue growth and pipeline. You take a consultative approach to uncover customers’ challenges and future strategies, guiding the Nexthink solution to scale across the marketplace.

You will manage prospecting, qualification, and ongoing account development to ensure customer success, with exposure to a dynamic, global IT market. This role offers the chance to influence digital employee experiences at scale and advance Nexthink’s market leadership.

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory





Develop a regional sales strategy and target prospect list

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Fluent in English & Italian

Requisiti fondamentali base salary 100,000-120,000 EURS

OTE 200,000-240,000 EURS commissions travel opportunities global team environment remote-friendly
