Failure Analysis Engineer Location: Netherlands (relocation support available) ️ Semiconductors / Electronics / Mechatronics Employment Type: Full-time ️ Contract Type: Long-term (1–2 year contract, with potential for direct hire by client) Are you an Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer who loves diving deep into technical problems, but also thrives in the field, solving them hands-on? We're looking for a Failure Analysis Engineer to join a cutting-edge technology team in the Netherlands. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting mechatronic and electronic equipment failures , performing root cause analyses (RCA) , and creating technical reports that drive real product improvement.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on electronic, electrical, and mechatronic systems Partner with quality, product,



and manufacturing teams to implement corrective and preventive actions Bachelor's degree (BSc/BEng) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field ~2+ Years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems ~ Background in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or complex automation systems ~ Strong analytical skills and ability to write structured, technical reports ~ Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) ~ 1-2 year contract (40 hours/week) with the possibility of permanent employment. ~ 25 paid vacation days + paid public holidays. ~ Holiday allowance of 8.33% , paid annually in May. ~ Relocation support : ~ 1,500 - €3,000 net relocation premio ~ Work permit and visa assistance (if applicable). ~
