We are seeking an EDI–SAP Support Analyst to work closely with our IT and Customer Service teams on a variety of support activities and improvement projects.

The role focuses on providing end‑to‑end support for our ERP system (SAP) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange ) applications, ensuring seamless data exchange within customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate combines technical IT skills with a solid understanding of the order management and invoicing process between clients and suppliers . This includes familiarity with order creation, confirmations, delivery flows, shipping documents, and invoicing steps.
