Experteer Overview As District Sales Manager, Territory & Commercial, you will lead and coach a field‐sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve quotas within a zero‐trust security portfolio. You'll shape territory strategy, deepen customer insights, and partner with cross‐functional teams to close opportunities. This role blends leadership, strategic planning, and hands‐on selling to transform customers' security architectures.

You'll work in a fast‐paced, collaborative culture that values trust and impact, with a clear focus on outcomes and team development.





Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and develop a high‐performance field‐seller team to drive bookings and revenue Deeply research customer needs to align solutions with priorities Coach reports through weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting activities Maintain deep technical knowledge of the portfolio to holistically address customer problems Communicate with leaders at all levels, including C‐suite, building trust and consensus Influence change management and drive organizational impact Recruit, hire, and train a winning team while upholding core values Responsabilità Experience and knowledge of SaaS‐based architectures, ideally in Networking and/or Security Experience with channel and partner sales models Customer relationships within Territory & Commercial/SMB Market Proven leader with ability to build high‐performing teams in a growing sales environment Year‐over‐year track record of sales pipeline management and revenue delivery Leadership and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross‐functional teams
