Studio is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional PR Director to join our team in Milan. This is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in one of Italy's fastest-growing luxury communications agencies. Working directly with Founder & CEO Natasha Slater, you will lead client strategy, manage a portfolio of luxury brands, mentor the PR team and help shape the future growth of the agency across fashion, design, hospitality, lifestyle and culture.

We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, commercially minded and naturally curious. Someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, leading people and delivering exceptional work for clients.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of luxury client accounts Develop and execute strategic PR and communications plans Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and key industry figures Lead the agency's press office and oversee media outreach Plan and execute press days, launches, VIP experiences and high-profile events Manage client communication and present strategies with confidence Mentor and support junior members of the team Identify new business opportunities and support agency growth Work closely with the Founder on the strategic development of Natasha Slater Studio What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury PR or communications Proven experience working with fashion, luxury, interior design,



hospitality or lifestyle brands Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken) – this is essential Demonstrated experience leading client accounts and mentoring junior team members Strong experience organising luxury events, press days, launches and VIP activations Excellent understanding of influencer marketing, digital communications and the evolving media landscape Existing relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and industry contacts are highly desirable Commercially minded, highly organised and solutions-oriented Passionate about fashion, design, luxury, travel and contemporary culture Willing to attend evening events, fashion weeks and industry activations as required Working at Natasha Slater Studio This is an office-based role, with four days per week in our Milan studio and one day of lavoro da remoto. We believe the best ideas come from collaboration, creativity and being together as a team. Our studio is fast-paced, entrepreneurial and ambitious, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us over the long term.
