AbbVie is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Leader to drive manufacturing digitalization in our Lazio site. You will shape the strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and partner across the organization to implement Industry 4.0 solutions including robotics, automation, and AI literacy programs.

You will oversee MES and Connected Plant initiatives, manage a team of digital SMEs, and ensure compliance with pharma industry standards while advancing a culture of continuous improvement.
