TROPICO Security in Milan is seeking a Sales Lead with deep cyber experience to drive growth across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closed deals, partner with the founders, and shape our GTM strategy for infrastructure and AI expansion.

You should bring 4+ years in cybersecurity sales, fluency in Italian and English, and a proven ability to engage CISOs. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing startup.
