The successful implementation of the projects is based on qualified consulting, technical know-how as well as professional installation, on-site training and ongoing customer support.

Your responsibilities:

- You provide telephone and ticket-based support to our French-speaking customers, guiding them from the initial enquiry through to a successful solution
- Together with our service planning team, you coordinate on-site assignments for our field service technicians across France




- You proactively manage and support our service contracts
- Through your customer feedback, you help drive the continuous improvement of our products and service processes - your close connection with customers create value for the entire team

Your skills:

- Very good knowledge of the French language
- Good knowledge of the German and English language
- An interest in technology and a good understanding of technical systems; ideally, some initial experience in technical support
