Kosmo checks live availability and turns conversations into direct bookings - 24/7, in any language, without OTA commissions. We're growing fast and looking for an Italian- and German-speaking Customer Success Manager. Keep reading!
Responsibilities
Manage onboarding calls with new customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Perform quality checks on our products
Handle first-level support requests
Manage demo calls with potential customers
Identify and reach out to potential customers
Carry out cold outreach and prospecting activities
Take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests
Requirements
Key Requirements
Professional proficiency in German
Professional proficiency in Italian
Professional proficiency in English
Experience in customer success, sales experience is a plus
Knowledge of and experience in the hospitality industry
Interest in artificial intelligence and experience using it
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience using CRM or customer management tools
Soft Skills
Proactive approach to solving problems and suggesting improvements
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
Strong xpavfwm customer focus and ability to build solid relationships
Self-discipline for remote work and openness to regular in-person meetups
