Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive creative product adoption and revenue growth for TikTok in Italy. You'll partner with Product, Creative, and sales teams to turn advertiser visions into scalable solutions. You will educate partners on the Creative Product Suite and monetize commercial media packages through data-driven insights.
Your work will influence campaigns and partnerships to maximize product penetration and long-term loyalty. This is a growth-focused, cross-functional leadership role at the heart of TikTok's monetization strategy.

Act as SME for TikTok's Creative Product Suite, delivering insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Scale Commercial Partnership Solutions across the market.
Build deep relationships within TikTok's creative ecosystem, educating partners and clients on best practices and revenue levers.
Develop monetization strategies using data trends and inbound feedback to optimize product performance.
Position creative input as a growth driver in marketing activations.
Monitor KPIs (revenue, adoption, retention) and provide actionable insights to improve product adoption and campaign results.
Lead end-to-end creative product enablement across the demand side, ensuring smooth pre- and post-sales execution and strong partner relationships.
Qualifications 5+ years in product marketing, creative strategy, or advertising with proven revenue growth through creative product solutions and data-driven approaches.
Direct experience managing the advertising RFP process with understanding of digital marketing KPIs and aligning proposals to client objectives.
Expertise in product and data analytics with ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
Experience delivering persuasive presentations to senior-level clients at brands and ad agencies.
Excellent oral and written communication across multiple channels and stakeholder levels.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and creative partners.
