Content coordination and optimization : oversee the execution of content‐related tasks, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to SEO strategies that drive visibility and conversion.
Strategic support and process improvement : contribute to defining and refining workflows and processes, helping the team and the manager identify efficiency improvements and growth opportunities.
Brand positioning and visibility : develop and implement effective content strategies that strengthen the positioning, voice, and conversion potential of leading multinational brands on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Performance analysis and reporting : analyze project KPI and SEO performance data to identify trends, insights,
and areas of improvement, connecting data analysis to strategic decisions.
Team and client collaboration : act as a liaison between operational teams and project management, supporting communication with clients, prioritising tasks, and troubleshooting challenges with a proactive and consultative approach.
Knowledge sharing and quality assurance : promote best practices and ensure high standards of delivery across content operations, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
RequirementsInterpersonal and communication skills : excellent communication abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and support both internal and client‐facing relationships. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Technical skills : strong understanding of SEO principles, content management systems, and data‐analysis tools (Excel, Office Suite);
experience with marketplace content optimisation tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset : ability to analyse performance metrics and KPIs, link data to actionable insights, and contribute to strategic recommendations.
Autonomy and organisation : proven ability to manage processes independently, monitor progress,
and deliver on deadlines with accuracy and consistency in a dynamic environment.
Initiative and strategic thinking : a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions, with the capacity to bridge operational execution and strategic objectives. DetailsMinimum experience: 1–3 yearsTeam: Content, WitailerLocation: Milan Benefits In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No.96/2026 on pay transparency, the Gross Annual Salary (RAL) envisaged for this position ranges between €23.000 and €28.000, determined on the basis of objective and gender‐neutral criteria, taking into account the position level and the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL). The determination of the specific compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO bonuses) and additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate's profile against the requirements of the position.
