Construction Manager | Freelance Location : Currie & Brown Italy is seeking a Construction Manager to support a high-profile hospitality project in Tuscany. The role is offered as a freelance consultancy. Regular on-site presence at the project location is required.

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, a technical diploma, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing mid-scale construction projects; hospitality sector experience is a strong plus. Proven experience with permitting processes and interactions with public authorities.

Excellent technical writing skills, strong client-management capabilities, and effective communication both internally and externally. Verify work progress (SAL) in line with project schedule and budget. Management of a multi-contractor schedule.





Review multidisciplinary construction drawings and assess progress of works. Lead meetings with contractors, suppliers, site teams, and the client. Perform snagging activities and support final commissioning.
