Office Based / International Clients / Career Development – A real estate company is currently recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting retail expansion and store development projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development activities. This position offers the opportunity to work with major international brands while gaining exposure to a unique niche within the commercial real estate sector.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-facing skills, a commercial mindset, and an interest in retail, store development, or real estate-related consulting.

Commercial Real Estate Consultant Main

Responsibilities

- Support retail expansion and store development projects for clients • Conduct market research and identify suitable business opportunities • Coordinate with landlords, retailers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution • Support business development and sales activities • Assist in preparing proposals, reports,



and presentations • Contribute to team targets and project delivery Commercial Real Estate Consultant Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in sales, consulting, retail, real estate, or a customer-facing business environment • Commercially minded with an interest in retail and store development • Business-level English required; additional European language skills would be advantageous • Working Style: office based • Salary: €32,500-€39,000 per annum depending on experience • Job Type: 1-year fixed-term contract with the expectation of becoming permanent • Working Hours: 9:00-18:15 from Monday to Friday (75-minute lunch break) • Start: ASAP • Benefits: travel expenses paid, lunch vouchers (€8 per day), company pension scheme, additional company holidays around certain public holiday periods ** All applicants for the Commercial Real Estate Consultant must have the right to work in the country without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
