We're growing fast and looking for an Italian- and German-speaking Customer Success Manager.

Responsibilities * Manage onboarding calls with new customers * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Perform quality checks on our products * Handle first-level support requests * Manage demo calls with potential customers * Identify and reach out to potential customers * Carry out cold outreach and prospecting activities * Take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests Requirements Key Requirements * Professional proficiency in German * Professional proficiency in Italian * Professional proficiency in English * Experience in customer success,
