Experteer Overview As an experienced Clinical Research Associate, you will oversee site activities across the trial lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity. You will work with study sites and client representatives to meet recruitment and submission milestones, while maintaining high-quality practices in line with GCP and ICH guidelines. This role combines hands‑on site monitoring with cross‑functional coordination to drive trial success.

- Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close‑out visits
- Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
- Evaluate site practices for quality and regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH)
- Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolutions




- Collaborate with study site experts and client representatives

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in scientific discipline or health care
- CRA Certification as required by Ministerial Decree dated 15.11.2011
- Experience in Pharma Industry or Clinical Trials
- Very good computer skills including MS Office
- Excellent command of English
- Strong organizational, time management and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
- Flexibility to travel
- Driver's license class B
