Senior Planner – Pharmaceutical Construction Location: Milan, Italy Job Type: Contract / Freelance Duration: 12+ Months Start Date: ASAP Overview We are supporting a leading engineering consultancy on a major pharmaceutical construction project in Milan. They are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team and take ownership of the integrated programme across a complex pharmaceutical facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile life sciences project from construction through to commissioning and handover. Responsibilities Develop, maintain and update integrated Primavera P6 schedules Monitor construction progress and provide accurate programme updates Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams Produce look-ahead schedules,



critical path analysis and progress reports Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans where required Attend planning and coordination meetings with project stakeholders Support change management, delay analysis and schedule impact assessments Assist with commissioning planning and project handover Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Planner xrdztoy on pharmaceutical construction projects is essential Advanced Primavera P6 experience Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project environments Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction programmes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English (Italian is advantageous) If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply today or send your CV to Aholt@ .
