Purpose of the Job
▪ Technical support for Troubleshooting in order to ensure maximum train availability
▪ Technical support for Reliability Growth through investigations and data collection
- Support Team Troubleshooter for activities on trains.
- Support field investigations, in according to fleet planning, on complex issues and report to Control Room System Engineer.
- Support engineering for troubleshooting guides improvement (SOS/RGL Validation) and software validation
- Propose new depot tool to improve troubleshooting efficiency
- Troubleshooting activity and function tests after Overhaul’s maintenance
- Support Team Troubleshooter for activities
- Supports maintenance with external interventions for the recovery of trains and breakdowns in commercial service.
