We are seeking passionate and motivated Business Development Managers to foster the growth of activities in the Life Science field, expanding our presence across Medical Devices, Pharma and Digital Health, through innovative digital solutions, to join our team in Turin, Modena, Milano or Bologna.
We are looking for a builder: someone able to identify target accounts, create new opportunities from the ground up and develop long-term customer relationships.
You Will Work With Customers Ranging
From Innovative Start-ups To Multinational Life Sciences Companies, Addressing Their Technology, Engineering And Business Challenges Through Our Capabilities In: Engineering Consulting | Product Development | Contract Manufacturing If you have between 2 and 5 years of experience in sales and business development in consulting company, and are ready to build and maintain client relationships while driving tech transformation, we want to hear from you!
About The Company Teoresi MedTech supports customers throughout their innovation and technology journey, providing specialized engineering expertise, developing complex products and solutions, supporting industrialization and regulatory activities, and bringing products into manufacturing.
What You Will Do: Identify and map target accounts and key decision-makers
- Generate, qualify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet customers and understand their technology, product and business challenges
- Work with engineering and technical teams to shape the right solution
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals
- Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities
- For Engineering Consulting business, recruit and build specialized teams and manage the related Business Unit, ensuring customer satisfaction, team development and business performance.
You Will Develop Relationships With: multinational Life Sciences companies across Medical Devices, Pharma and Digital Health; start-ups and scale-ups; technology partners.
Who We Are Looking For At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in a B2B technology, engineering or consulting environment
- Strong commercial drive and the ability to create opportunities, not simply manage incoming leads
- Confidence in working with both business and technical stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and strong relationship-building skills
- Engineering or scientific background preferred;
Experience in Life Sciences or engineering consulting is a plus.
Location Preferred locations: Milan or Bologna. High availability to travel across Italy for customer meetings, congresses, trade fairs and industry events is required. We will discuss compensation transparently from the very first phone call.
