Experteer Overview In this role you will help local businesses thrive by providing banking solutions and guidance that align with their financial goals. You’ll grow a portfolio of small to mid‑size business clients, focusing on an excellent client experience and prudent risk management. You will collaborate across departments to cross‑sell products and educate clients on financial strategy, aiming to strengthen community ties and CRA objectives.

- Grow loan and deposit portfolios through proactive outreach and centers of influence
- Develop new small business relationships and expand existing ones
- Maintain a balanced portfolio of high-value clients and set regional strategy
- Identify and present appropriate bank products and optimal loan structures
- Prepare annual reviews and recommendations for clients
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill cross‑sell opportunities
- Act as a financial advisor,



educating clients on financial strategies and aligning needs with products
- Monitor client information and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Engage in local civic and nonprofit activities to support community and CRA goals

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years in banking relationship management or related lending experience
- Knowledge of cash flow and business credit underwriting;

commercial credit training preferred

- Ability to work with diverse groups to manage relationships
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen across industries, markets, and economic concepts
