You will

- Train alongside a diverse cohort of high‑calibre individuals from across the EMEA Region, building a professional network and long‑lasting friendships.
- Collaborate with Cisco Associate Solutions Engineers to deliver technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Expand your expertise across Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud to bridge technical requirements and business value.
- Learn from industry experts and dedicated coaches using leading‑edge technology.
- Work with a mentor—an alumnus of the CSAP—to support your growth.
- Earning industry‑standard certifications that prepare you for technical sales opportunities worldwide.

Program Phases
- Month 1–3: Participate in an immersive Bootcamp and foundational skill‑building.
- Month 3–12: Complete three rotational assignments, gaining real‑world sales experience and undergoing quarterly competency checkpoints.
- Beyond 12 months: Transition into an Inside Account Executive (IAE) role, driving customer outcomes and building global relationships.
- High performers can fast‑track into quota‑carrying roles through quarterly competency validation.
- As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) in the Global Sales Enablement & Acceleration team you will build AI skills,



using advanced platforms and artificial intelligence to design technical solutions and inform strategic decision‑making.
- As an IAE, you will join the Global Virtual Sales (GVS) team to connect customers with Cisco technologies that deliver significant business outcomes, partnering with Solutions Engineers to uncover opportunities and build long‑term relationships.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements
- Recent undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline, or equivalent professional experience through apprenticeships or vocational programmes, with up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Fluent in English and the primary language of the country for which you are applying.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship.

Preferred Requirements
- Business, STEM, or Management degrees, though applicants from non‑traditional backgrounds (Liberal Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences) are encouraged if they possess strong critical thinking, digital fluency, and creative problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience or enthusiasm in leveraging AI tools for prospecting, market analysis, and sales cycle acceleration.
- High emotional intelligence, interpersonal tenacity, and the resilience to handle rejection and pivot under pressure while maintaining focus on revenue targets.
- Masterful storytelling and negotiation abilities that bridge clients’ business challenges with Cisco’s solutions to create win‑win outcomes.
