YOUR ROLE

As an Engagement Manager at Capgemini Engineering, within the Manufacturing & Operations Capability, you will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end success of projects for multinational clients, coordinating delivery, governance, and business development in complex, high-engineering content contexts. In this role, you will be a key element in the following activities:

- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from Sales-Delivery handover to closure
- Ensure delivery,



quality, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Define and govern the delivery model, ensuring control of timelines, costs, and scope
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for the client
- Manage budgets, forecasts, margins, and financial KPIs with P&L; accountability
- Supervise change requests and contractual negotiations
- Identify and mitigate project risks, supporting strategic decisions
- Promote business development opportunities and account growth
- Monitor the quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction
- Produce structured reporting for management (KPIs, risks, action plans)

YOUR CHARACTERISTICS

- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Manufacturing & Operations contexts, with exposure to product development and industrialization projects
