What you'll do:
- Own copywriting for pod accounts (6-8) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM
- Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing
- Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM
- Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions
- Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem
What we're looking for (non negotiable):
- First experience with copywriting: you know how to write copy that gets a response
- First experience with project management: you can keep tasks, approvals and deadlines organized without things slipping
- Reliability: you deliver what you promise, without needing to be chased
- You own your mistakes and actually apply feedback,
instead of just nodding along
- Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and account ownership - this role is a launchpad, not a landing spot
