We are currently looking for an Assistant Controller to join our team in Rome, on a 9-month maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial data under US GAAP Coordinate monthly closing activities for reporting purposes Review balance sheet reconciliations Ensure proper recording of revenues, expenses, depreciation, accruals, and deferrals Review and approve adjusting and correcting journal entries Contribute to the preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with ITA GAAP Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations,



and company policies Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation Support special projects Key Skills &

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP and ITA GAAP) Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Team management capabilities Proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting systems (Oracle Cloud) Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced, professional English level Be part of a leading global organization in the mobility sector, with international presence and a dynamic, professional environment.
