Position Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our growing Accounting Department. This role is ideal for someone with foundational accounting knowledge who is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of critical day-to-day workflow tasks.

The Accounting Assistant will work closely with our AR and AP teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor bills, customer payments, e-commerce reporting, and daily accounting operations.



This position is essential in maintaining the accuracy and organization of our financial data.

- Accounts Payable Support
- Accounts Receivable Administrative Support
- Cash Receipt & Remittance Processing Prep
- Filing, Scanning, and Data Management
- Bank & Credit Card Statement Organization
- E-Commerce Platform Reporting Prep
- RMA & Debit Memo Administrative Support

Qualifications
- Foundational accounting knowledge (degree not required;

coursework or experience preferred)

- Understanding of basic accounting principles (Chart of Accounts, matching, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills — both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-first attitude
- Ethical, reliable, and committed to high standards
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
