Capital marks the beginning of an ambitious plan to build a global all-in-one platform for the wine industry. To support our growth, we are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Controlling Specialist with 5-10+ years of experience in financial controlling and accounting, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of accounting/financial processes and control systems to support strategic decisions. closely with the CEO and the leadership team to monitor KPIs, manage financial planning and budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports. Support the budgeting, forecasting,



and long-term financial planning processes. Manage invoicing, supplier payments and ensure timely processing of accounts payable/receivable.

Oversee payroll activities in collaboration with external providers and ensure accurate payment of salaries and related contributions. Improve and maintain internal processes and reporting tools, including automation of Analyze cash flow and support treasury functions to ensure liquidity and risk management. Maintain accurate pricing data and integrate updates from distribution partners into systems 5-10 years of experience in accounting, controlling or financial roles in tech companies or startups.

Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards, including both IFRS and GAAP. Familiarity with SaaS business models, KPIs and financial dynamics. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis;

experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) is a plus.

Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Fatture in Cloud, QuickBooks, Xero or similar). Excellent analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to explain complex financial topics to non-financial stakeholders.
