Main responsibilities: ·

- Operate as a point of contact for the assigned customers ·
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts ·
- Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner ·
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams ·
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust ·
- Take care of compliance inquiries and assist in document requests ·
- Forecast and track client account metrics ·
- In-depth knowledge of the product portfolio ·




- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients ·
- Ability to travel for meetings with clients, industry related shows and conferences ·
- Contribute to the design and implementation of promotional initiatives ·
- Prepare reports on account status Qualifications &

Requirements: ·

Experience in the online gambling industry ·

- Proven work experience as an account manager or other relevant experience ·
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills ·
- Fluent English both written and spoken ·
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office ·
- Attention to detail ·
- Result-oriented and self-driven personality ·
- Technical knowledge is a plus ·
- Be a team player and dedicated to delivering great results ·
