For our Milan office, we are currently looking for a Brand Licensing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will supports the successful execution of the licensing business by coordinating cross-functional activities, managing project timelines, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams to drive efficient product launches and business growth.

Main Responsibilities

- Analyze performance of existing licensees and identify new opportunities
- In conjunction with Head of Licensing and Sales Team, support the long-term strategy for brands and Regions
- Align and coordinate new launches with internal teams including Product Development,



Merchandising, Communication and Sales
- Work closely with Communication and Sales teams to drive product visibility and sales performance
- Develop and deliver product-related presentations to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate and develop strong relationships with market teams providing information and regular updates as well as understanding and satisfying local market needs and differences. Utilise these relationships to share best practice

Key Experiences

Experience in project coordination, product development, or brand/licensing management within a consumer goods environment. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with external partners, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Key Knowledge & Competencies

- 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical thinking and reporting skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and proactive mindset
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

The annual gross base salary for this position ranges from € 28.000 to € 30.000, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
