Job Title: Wind Power Sales Manager ItalyLocation: Italy (Milan preferred)Gilcroft Global are partnering with a leading international renewable energy business committed to sustainable energy solutions and innovation.As part of its continued European growth, the company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive its expansion in the Italian wind energy market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the commercial strategy for Italy and potentially other European countries.Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities with wind farm developers, utilities, IPPs, EPC contractors and strategic partners.Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across the renewable energy sector.Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation and close.Represent the company at customer meetings,



industry events and conferences.Provide market intelligence on competitors, customer requirements and market trends.RequirementsProven business development and new business sales experience within the wind energy industry.Strong network within the Italian renewable energy market.Experience selling wind turbines, major wind components, renewable energy equipment or utility-scale infrastructure solutions.Demonstrated success developing strategic customer relationships and winning complex, high-value projects.Commercially driven, entrepreneurial and able to work independently in a growing international business.Fluent Italian and English.
