Senior C++ Software Engineer (Contract) – MilanWe are currently supporting an established international technology company in the search for a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join a project within the healthcare sector. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.The role involves developing and maintaining software for a specialised application in a regulated environment, working as part of a collaborative engineering team.Required SkillsStrong commercial experience with C++ (experience with legacy C++/C++98 is highly desirable)Solid knowledge of CUnderstanding of software design principles and programming logicBasic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and SQLiteExperience working with communication protocols such as HTTP and TCP/IPFamiliarity with tools such as cURLDesirable SkillsExperience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)Exposure to CI/CD practices and tools such as JenkinsDetailsLocation: Milan (4 days per week onsite)Contract: Initial 3 months, with potential extensionLanguage: Professional working Italian and a good working level of English
