Project Manager – Data Centre Construction | MilanI'm currently supporting a client, in the design, delivery, and commissioning of mission-critical data centre facilities, in their search for a Project Manager to join their growing Milan operations.The RoleMy client is looking for someone to join an international, multidisciplinary team working on large-scale data centre projects. The role combines strong technical MEP expertise with full project lifecycle management, covering coordination, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance from design through to commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical project managementAnalyse and formalise client requirementsReview and validate technical documentation across MEP disciplines (HVAC, LV/MV electrical systems, fire/security systems,



BMS)Support clients in technical decision-making and implementationOversee commissioning activities to ensure systems meet design and performance requirementsFull project lifecycle coordinationManage projects across all phases, from design through construction to handover and commissioningCoordinate internal and external teams, including contractors, design offices, and operatorsLead design and coordination meetingsMonitor project quality, timelines, and costs throughout the lifecycleReporting and qualityEnsure the quality of deliverables (reports, meeting minutes, technical documentation)Improve and standardise reporting processesPromote the sharing of best practices across the teamWhat's on OfferPermanent, full-time contractHybrid working model, based in MilanOpportunity to work on data centre projectsCompetitive salary, commensurate with experienceBenefits package
