EN (DE/IT auf unserer Webseite)Strategist / Business and Innovation Consultant (Junior/Senior)For our strategy and consulting practice (mainly in South Tyrol), we are looking for a Strategist and Business and Innovation Consultant who helps companies sharpen their business model, digitalise the way they work and turn strategy into measurable results. We hire on two levels: junior with 1+ years and senior with 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation management, business development or a comparable agency or corporate role. We accept applications for full and tempo parziale, on-site / partly remote collaborations at our studios in Bolzano-Bozen and Bruneck-Brunico. The role can be filled as a permanent employment or as a freelance collaboration.What will you be doing:You will run and support strategy engagements end to end: business model analysis and development, value proposition, business strategy, market-, competitor- and target group- analysis, requirements analysis, corporate structure and corporate culture.You will guide small and mid-sized companies through their digital transformation: organisational and business model upgrades, web presence and e-commerce, social media and digital communication models, tech stack and software selection, process automation and AI-supported workflows.You will design and facilitate workshops, coaching and tutoring formats for owners, management and employees, so that knowledge transfer is part of every mandate and not an afterthought.You will turn analysis into deliverables: strategy papers, roadmaps, project plans, KPI frameworks, dashboards and offers, always supported by our team of experts.You will prepare and document publicly co-funded consulting mandates, including day and hour breakdowns with unit prices, and support our public procurement submissions.You will act as a sparring partner and primary point of contact for your clients, managing expectations, timelines and budgets, and consulting them towards better results.Senior level: you take ownership of your own mandates and clients, support acquisition and pitches, and mentor junior colleagues.The team you will work with is young, ambitious and international. We speak fluent German, Italian and English in our team and with our clients and partners. Our team mainly works from South Tyrol or Vienna,
