Our commitment to our team is to drive change and growth, foster creativity, and build meaningful connections through our digital ventures.About the roleYou'll be exposed to a unique mix of business planning, strategic scenario analysis, project management, and financial forecasting. You will support CEOs and top managers directly creating and refining business plans, driving operations and lead reporting. You will analyze and understand business models, competitive context, core operations,



and market and competitive dynamics.What you will doSupport venture building by acting as an entrepreneur-in-residence for early-stage startupsLead operations and project management for a new acceleration program that Feedel is launching in 2027Research and analyze market dynamics and business model scenariosBuild business plans and conduct financial analysisWork with complex datasets, leveraging AI agents, to identify, address, and resolve problemsPrepare financial models and polished presentations for top managementHelp write and review complex project documentationWhat we are looking forPrevious experience as co-founder of a startup is preferredAt least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a top consulting firm, accelerator, innovation operator or similar high-performance organizationProficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and AI promptingAn analytical mindset, with an entrepreneurial and startup spiritNatural curiosity and a “big picture” mentalityExcellent spoken and written communication; comfortable reaching out to strangersExcellent knowledge of the English and Italian languageWhat we offerA full-time position, €30-40k fixed per year based on experience levelVariable compensation of up to 15%, based on performance, with a stock packageIn-person work from our Taranto, Bologna, or Berlin offices, with the possibility of working remotely for extended periodsQuarterly offsites with the rest of the teamDynamic and international work environmentFast career path with growing opportunities
