About the CompanyFor an international manufacturing company operating in the engineering and industrial components sector, we are looking for a Design Engineer to join the Product Development team based in Monza e Brianza.About the RoleThe selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of innovative products, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and supporting the entire product lifecycle, from concept to validation and industrialization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage 3D product designs using CAD software, ensuring compliance with internal standards and technical specifications.Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to assess product performance, manufacturability, and reliability.Apply engineering methodologies and simulation tools, including FMEA, FEM, and Moldflow, to support product development activities.Prepare and maintain complete technical documentation, including drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and work instructions.Support prototype development, testing activities, and validation processes, analyzing results and implementing technical improvements when required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design requirements, manufacturing capabilities,



and customer expectations.Contribute to product lifecycle management, ensuring continuous compliance with quality, performance, and regulatory standards. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Product Development, or a related technical discipline.About 3 years of professional experience in product design, mechanical design, or product development.Good command of English, both written and spoken. Required SkillsExperience with 3D CAD software, preferably CATIA V5.Familiarity with engineering analysis methodologies such as FMEA, FEM, and Moldflow is considered a strong advantage.Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.Team-oriented attitude with excellent collaboration and communication skills.Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and continuous improvement mindset.
