The role reports to Pilot Plant and Lab Supervisor and is based in Pomezia Santa Palomba (Rome)

What you will do
- Support the activities executed in the Pomezia Laboratory and Pilot Plant for Liquids and engineered products.
- Conduct and document laboratory experiments (Laboratory / Pilo Batch Mixing) with accuracy, attention to detail, and a focus on clarity and reproducibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment, process, and technical issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing actionable enhancements.
- Autonomous organization to respect due date / project timelines
- Raw Materials Management
- What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with strong foundational knowledge in laboratory techniques and safety.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance, GMP and quality
- Organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to document and report experimental results clearly.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a research team environment.
- English: Fluent, written and spoken
- Office: Fluent in Word/Excel/Power Point
- 1 or 2 years of experience as Lab technician is preferred.

- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: 30770 - 39,548 euros
