The Reciprocating Compressor (RC) Team is working on the growth of the historic product line, aiming to take it to the next level.
We need a proactive and energetic individual with deep understanding of RC space, to become the entry point and guide growth initiatives, including:
- Supporting the Long-Range-Plan (LRP) for product strategy definition.
- Supporting strategy deployment and strategy execution to accomplish business plan and achieve financial targets.
- Supporting the must win process to drive commercial intensity.
- Having a close collaboration with Marketing/Sales/ITO to monitor market trends, customer’s needs and competitive landscape.
- Developing external collaborations/agreements/partnerships and support M&A; activities to strengthen product positioning and global network.
- Developing and promote internally the offering of RCs within existing tenders to ensure an effective improvement of the overall Baker Hughes’ solution to the customers.
- Being involved in Ad hoc projects.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a degree in engineering or economics.
- Demonstrate at least 5 Years of experience in rotating equipment.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive level.
- Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills.
- Previous experience with documenting, planning, reporting, and executing programs.
