Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Lawyer, for the Milan office, to be included in the team where he/she will have the opportunity to focus on:

- Litigation

- Corporate law

- Commercial law.

The candidate will deal in particular with litigation, contracts and corporate governance.

Requirements:

- Law degree, successfully completed

- Habilitation as a lawyer

- Excellent command of the English language

- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.

The growth path includes, along with on-the-job training, specific programmes and continuous professional training.
