Role overview
We are looking for an HR Operations & Compliance Partner to support and scale our HR infrastructure in Europe while contributing to broader global initiatives.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of HR Operations and compliance, working closely with leadership to ensure we operate efficiently and in line with local labor laws in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

- Own and improve HR operations and processes in Europe, especially Italy and Poland

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

- Support workforce planning and organizational changes

- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

- Handle employee relations topics (disciplinary actions, terminations, etc.)

- Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and policies

- Support audits and ensure overall HR compliance

- Drive process improvements and support HR projects

What we are looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, or Generalist roles

- Strong knowledge of labor law

- Experience in employee relations and compliance topics

- Hands-on mindset with strong execution skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

- Fluent in Italian or Polish

- Fluency in English required
