YOUR JOB

As allround employee, you are really an all-rounder: you work flexibly in different shifts like reception, breakfast, restaurant, bar and general service,



and filling in for those services is not a problem for you.

The reception desk/ bar area will be your primary field of responsibility – this means:

- You will be responsible for the Check-In and Check-Out of our guests behind the reception desk or in the lobby as a guest relation officer

- To ensure all our guests enjoy their stay at a&o;, you will cater to their needs and answer their questions

- At the bar your job is to serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, as well as to prepare cocktails

During restaurant-shifts, you are responsible for:

- The timely preparation of breakfast-, lunch- or dinner-buffet

- Ensuring that our guest are satisfied and that hygiene-standards are always kept

YOUR PROFILE

- The interaction in our guests is fun for you

- You are a reliable person, capable to work in team

- You are motivated, dynamic and flexible

- You don’t mind to work on shifts even from 6am in the morning, weekends or during holidays

- If you have previous experience in the tourism field or guest relation involved work experience is a plus

- Your knowledge of Italian and English will enable you to have a conversation with our guests
