**POSITION SUMMARY**

The resource will be part of the Front Office department and will perform the following tasks:

+ Welcoming customers
+ Assigning rooms
+ Providing information or assistance to customers
+ Managing reservations
+ Receiving and handling customer complaints
+ Analyzing and identifying customer needs
+ Receiving and sorting phone calls
+ Filling out forms and documents
+ Contacting the various departments of the facility to meet customer needs
+ Managing payments and customer data in line with company policies
+ Managing guest complaints and needs

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None

A fluent Knowledge of both Italian and English languages is required
