What you'll do
- Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents that handle M&A; tasks with the precision of a world-class analyst
- Architect the systems around those agents: orchestration, data pipelines, evaluation, and the infrastructure that keeps them reliable at scale
- Work across the full stack: from researching state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques to shipping them to production
- Turn ambiguous, real-world financial problems into concrete technical solutions, alongside a team that learns fast and iterates faster
What we look for
We care about skill, not years of experience. What matters is real passion for AI and the drive to learn quickly,
build fast, and improve constantly.
You're comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by hard problems, and focused on systems that work in production. You pair meticulous precision with creative problem-solving.
Ideally you've explored software engineering and AI agent orchestration (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph), through work, study, or personal projects.
No specific background required if your skills and mindset are strong.
Compensation & growth
- €45k–€65k based on skill and potential, growing with the company

Selection process
