You will be the engine that keeps our sales floor, service bays, and retail counters running smoothly. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead Train: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of parts counter staff to hit sales goals and provide top‑tier customer service. /liliControl Inventory: Oversee all ordering, receiving, stocking, and cycle counting. Minimise obsolescence while ensuring we have the right parts for motorcycles, scooters, SxSs, ATVs, and WaveRunners. /liliDrive Sales: Maximise gross profit through strategic pricing, upselling accessories/gear, and building strong retail relationships. /liliVendor Relations:



Maintain direct relationships with Yamaha representatives and parts distributors to negotiate pricing and manage backorders. /liliSupport Operations: Ensure the service department has what they need to turn repairs around quickly and accurately. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications Experience /h3ulli3+ years of parts management or assistant management experience in a powersports, motorcycle, or marine dealership. /liliDeep, proven knowledge of parts for motorcycles, scooters, Side‑by‑Sides, ATVs, and WaveRunners. /liliProficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and electronic parts catalogues. Experience with Lightspeed or Yamaha YDS is a huge plus. /liliStrong leadership, organisational, and analytical skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
