ph3VIE - Junior Product Manager - Drunk Elephant H/F /h3 h3Mission /h3 pThe ideal candidate will learn the key elements of Product Management and Trade Marketing, focusing on a specific brand, analyzing data, interpreting its meanings and trends, as well as the operating part of different trade marketing activations and special projects. He will improve the skills related to work organization and the achievement of objectives, working in a team and operating consistently with the other departments. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplementation of the EMEA strategy at local level /li liEnsure the timing of the annual launch plan is respected at local level /li liEnsure all the counterparts negotiated at EMEA level are delivered and executed at local level /li liHelp maintaining the brand image: monitoring the visual rights used on lightboxes, POS, merchandising guidelines and specific promotional devices (together with Merchandising Manager)



/li liMonthly analysis of sell-out data /li liPO integration in SAP /li liMonitor constantly the AP mix and adjust if necessary taking into account RHQ feedback and consumer insights from Sephora /li liSupport the Group Product Manager in developing the business with Sephora leveraging on all the retailer counter parts agreed by EMEA /li liEstablish strategic and privileged relationships with Sephora local contacts (buyers, trade marketing managers, categories, etc) /li liSupport the Group Product Manager in identifying axes of partnerships to negotiate trade visibility (POS, online, CRM..) and give feedback to emea for future launches/negotiations /li liContribute to trade animation plan: proposal and implementation of point of sale and eretail animation plans monthly (GWPs, communication tools, stock allocations, banners) to support launches /li liParticipate to the forecast/set up of launches and POSM /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liAt least 1 experience in a similar role /li liDigital Attitude as well as knowledge of Trade Marketing basics /li liEnglish Italian Advanced highly required /li liExperience with skincare market is a nice to have /li liExcellent knowledge of the Office package and advanced use of Excel. /li liAbility to analyze data strongly requested /li /ul pThe position is to be filled starting on September 1, 2026. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
