The primary focus is on overseeing the end‑to‑end supply chain processes, optimizing inventory levels, and fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet production and delivery commitments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic /h3 ul liDevelop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost savings. /li liEstablish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners and customers to ensure a robust and diversified supply chain network. /li liIdentify and assess potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations. /li /ul h3Operational /h3 ul liMonitor and control inventory levels to meet production requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. /li liImplement robust inventory tracking systems and regular cycle counts. /li liSupport SCM Head in implementing effective inventory control measures. /li liAid in monitoring and controlling inventory levels as per SCM Head's directives. /li liSupport SCM Head in maintaining long‑term relationships with suppliers; assist in contract negotiation with suppliers for securing favourable terms. /li liCoordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of materials and finished products. /li liOptimize transportation and distribution processes to minimize lead times. /li liEnsure that all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.



/li liCoordinate transportation and logistics activities to guarantee timely delivery of products, optimizing routes and minimizing transportation costs. /li liManage day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and distribution, to meet production and customer demands. /li liCollaborate with quality assurance teams to implement and maintain quality management systems. /li liIdentify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and implement practices. /li liAssist the SCM Lead in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the site to measure supply chain performance, contributing to the implementation of corrective actions. /li liAnalyse key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Major Details /h3 h3Planning SOP /h3 ul liLead and optimize the Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process, ensuring data‑driven integration of demand, supply, and financial projections. /li liLeading data‑driven demand and supply planning with cross‑functional alignment with Project management team, Sales/BD, Production team, QC team. /li liUtilize advanced analytics to forecast demand, monitor forecast accuracy, and recommend corrective actions. /li /ul h3Strategic Procurement /h3 ul liConduct spend analytics to identify cost‑saving opportunities,



supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation strategies. /li liUse procurement analytics to benchmark supplier performance, negotiate more favorable terms, and support strategic sourcing decisions. /li liLeading initiatives to identify and develop alternate vendors for key raw materials and APIs. /li liCoordinating with Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Procurement to qualify and onboard new suppliers. /li liSpend Analytics (Cost Savings): Tracks cost reductions and value delivered through strategic sourcing and negotiations. /li liProcurement Cycle Time: Measures the time taken from purchase requisition to order fulfillment, indicating process efficiency. /li liSupplier On‑Time Delivery: Percentage of deliveries received on or before the agreed date, reflecting supplier reliability. /li /ul h3Working Capital Management /h3 ul liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize working capital, focusing on inventory turnover, payables, and receivables. /li liAnalyze inventory levels, DOH, and AVD to minimize excess stock and reduce capital tied up in inventory. /li liDevelop and execute initiatives to improve cash flow and reduce working capital requirements through better planning and supplier negotiations. /li /ul h3Process Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure all analytics and reporting align with internal controls and regulatory requirements. /li liSupport audits with detailed analytics on procurement, inventory, and working capital metrics. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pRequirements: /p ul liDegree /li liExperience in Supply chain Management in chemical pharmaceutical company /li liGood level of English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
