ppWe are currently looking for an experienced bRecruiter /b to join our Italian team based in bMagenta (Milan) /b. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement. /liliIdentify, attract, and engage technical professionals within the Oil Gas, Energy, Power, and Industrial sectors. /liliBuild and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates across Italy. /liliConduct candidate interviews and technical pre-screening. /liliPresent suitable candidates to clients within agreed timelines. /liliMaintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. /liliDevelop long-term relationships with candidates and clients. /liliWork closely with the Commercial and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. /liliContribute to recruitment strategies and market mapping activities. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliNative or fluent Italian speaker (written and spoken). /liliGood speaking of English. /liliMinimum b2-3 years /b of recruitment experience within:



/liliEnergy /liliOil Gas /liliEPC /liliIndustrial Engineering /liliTechnical Manpower Services /liliPrevious experience in a manpower provision or technical staffing company is essential. /liliProven track record of successfully recruiting Oil Gas and Energy professionals. /liliStrong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and networking. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. /liliResults-oriented, proactive, and highly organized. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExisting network of technical professionals in the Italian Energy and Oil Gas market. /liliExperience recruiting for EPC contractors, construction projects, commissioning, maintenance, or turnaround activities. /liliKnowledge of ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit is an advantage). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
