As VP HR EMEA, you will drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness for the region, partnering with business leaders across a global matrix to shape workforce planning, leadership development, and HR transformation. You will lead across G&A; and business units, ensuring compliance across EMEA while building a diverse, high-performing culture. This role offers impact at scale within a global technology distribution ecosystem and a hybrid, office-based work model.

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
